Golfer accounts & Aced Scoring
How golfers get accounts (only through you), and what My Course gives your pro shop.
Aced Scoring is the golfer-facing app — live league scoring, tournaments, casual rounds, handicaps, and stats. Two things matter to you as the course:
Accounts come from YOUR customer list
There is no open signup. A golfer can only activate an Aced account if your course already has their email in the customer list (from a booking, an import, an event registration, or staff adding them). They tap "First time here?" on the scoring app's sign-in, enter their email, and a secure link arrives to set their one central password. An unknown email is politely refused — so double-check spelling when you add customers, because the activation email goes wherever you typed.
One login works everywhere: their stats follow them across every Aced course they play, but your customer data never leaves your business.
Golfers play where they're customers
The round-start screen offers exactly the courses a golfer belongs to. Joining one of your leagues automatically makes them your customer, so league play always lines up.
My Course — your pro shop inside the scoring app
Staff see a My Course tab in the scoring app: edit the master scorecard (pars, handicaps, tees, ratings, per-hole yardages) and it updates everywhere at once — the website scorecard page, the golfer app, booking, and every league round. Below it, how your course actually plays: rounds, average score, scoring mix, and your hardest and easiest holes, from every finalized round recorded at your course.
Golfers also see your live presence in the app — course status, alerts, and upcoming events with sign-up links — published once from Course Info.
