Contact forms & your Messages inbox

Website form submissions land in the app — with an unread badge, not an email abyss.

Your website's contact section gives visitors a form — name, contact info, message. Submissions don't disappear into an email inbox; they land inside Aced.

Where they arrive

  • Most businesses: Messages in the sidebar, with an unread badge on the nav the moment something new arrives.
  • Golf courses: the same inbox lives in App & Website, alongside the rest of your public-facing controls.

Each message shows who wrote, how to reach them, when, and what they said. Mark it handled when you've replied (replies happen from your own email or phone — the message includes their contact details).

Why this matters

The contact form is where catering requests, outing inquiries, and "do you do private events?" money arrives. The badge means nobody has to remember to check.

Tip: a form message from a serious prospect is worth a customer record — add them to Players/Customers so the follow-up has a home.
